Apr ’26 Meal Prep Recipe: Greek Yogurt Overnight Oats

- Ingredients:
- 40g organic sprouted rolled oats
- 100g nonfat Greek yogurt
- 120ml whole milk (or 60ml half-and-half + 60ml water)
- 30g fresh or frozen berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, for flavor)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- Directions:
- In a jar or container, mix the sprouted oats, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
- Add whole milk (or the half-and-half and water mixture) and stir well to combine.
- Layer the berries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
